Air Fryer Haddock

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
This Air Fryer Haddock is a simple yet flavorful dish featuring flaky haddock fillets coated in a savory blend of Parmesan, smoked paprika, and garlic. Air-fried to golden perfection, this quick and healthy seafood recipe is ready in just minutes.
4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets approximately 6 oz each, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Haddock

  1. Pat the haddock fillets thoroughly dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This step ensures optimal crispiness. Lightly drizzle both sides of each fillet with olive oil, ensuring an even coating.

Season the Fillets

  1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Evenly distribute the seasoning mixture over both sides of the haddock fillets, gently pressing it into the surface to help it adhere.

Air Fry the Haddock

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 3-5 minutes. Once preheated, arrange the haddock fillets in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through, until the exterior is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve and Enjoy

  1. Carefully remove the haddock from the air fryer and allow it to rest for one minute. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and your preferred side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a crisp salad.
