  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Fudge Mixture

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted coconut oil. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
  2. Add maple syrup, adjusting the amount according to your desired sweetness level. Continue stirring until the mixture is homogenous and well combined.

Pour and Set

  1. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula to ensure a smooth surface.
  3. Transfer the pan to the freezer and allow the fudge to set for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Slice and Serve

  1. Once set, remove the fudge from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly for easier slicing.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into 12 equal squares. Serve immediately or store for later use.
