Ingredients

1 c butter

1/2 c light brown sugar

1/4 c granulated sugar

1/2 c honey

1 egg

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 1/2 c all-purpose flour

1 c chopped pistachios

1 c white chocolate chips

Optional: Flaked sea salt for garnish


Instructions

Brown the Butter: Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Stirring constantly, until it turns a deep amber color. And has a nutty aroma. Let it cool for 20-30 minutes.

Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
