4 large zucchini or summer squash
2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 c parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Or lightly grease it.
Slice zucchini into ΒΌ-inch rounds. And toss in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
