½ c of butter, cold and cubed

1 egg

Filling:

4 c of fresh blueberries

2 c of sour cream

½ c of sugar

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F. And allow it to preheat.

Prepare the Crust: In a medium-sized bowl. Whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder together. Until well blended. Cut the butter into small cubes. Then work it into the dry ingredients. Using a fork or your hands. Until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the egg. And mix. Until the dough starts to come together. Gently press the dough. Into a greased springform pan.
