Ingredients
14.4 oz package of graham crackers (I used the Great Value brand)
3 c cold whole milk
6.8 oz (2 3.4-oz) boxes of instant lemon pudding mix (I used Jello brand)
8 oz container of whipped topping, thawed
32 oz (2 16-oz) containers of premade lemon frosting (I used Duncan Hines)
15 lemon slices (optional garnish)
1–2 fresh mint leaves per slice (optional garnish)
Instructions
Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Layer graham crackers on the bottom.
Mix cold milk and lemon pudding mix until thickened, then fold in whipped topping.
Spread half the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Microwave lemon frosting for 45 seconds, stir, and spread over the top layer.
Chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Cut into slices and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
