Ingredients

Scale

1 large zucchini

ΒΌ c olive oil

Β½ c marinara sauce

Β½ c mozzarella cheese

ΒΌ c Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425Β°F. And line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.

Slice zucchini into ΒΌ-inch rounds. Place on the tray, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 2 minutes.

Flip zucchini rounds. Brush with more olive oil and season. And bake for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove from oven. Top each round with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
