1 c water

1/2 c sugar

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tbsp water

1/2 tsp vanilla


Instructions

Combine 1 1/2 c blueberries, water, sugar, and vanilla. In a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high. Until the mixture boils. And the blueberries start to break down.

Stir in the dissolved cornstarch. And bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Until thickened. Add water if needed.
