1/2 tsp McCormick ground sage or sage leaves

2 large eggs

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp milk

kosher salt and freshly ground pepper


Instructions

Preheat: Set your oven to 350ΒΊ F. And lightly grease a 9Γ—5-inch loaf pan.

SautΓ© Veggies: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. SautΓ© diced onion, carrot, and celery. Until softened, about 6-8 minutes. Add minced garlic. And cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper. Then stir in 3 tablespoons of turkey gravy. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. And set aside to cool.
