Ingredients
approx. 3.5 c of leftover Sloppy Joes mix
1 c (240ml) of passata
300 grams (10.5 ounces) of uncooked pasta (I used penne)
salt and black pepper
50 grams (2 ounces) of mozzarella
30 grams (1 ounces) of cheddar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C/400Β°F (gas mark 6).
Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Mix the pasta with the leftover Sloppy Joe mix and place it in an ovenproof dish.
Spoon the passata over the top, then season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and cheddar on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side salad or your favorite veggies!
