Ingredients
1st Layer:
3/4 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 (3 oz) package non-instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c milk
2nd Layer:
1 (28 oz) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve the juice)
3rd Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
3 tbsp reserved peach juice
Sprinkle on Top:
1 additional tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350Β°F. Grease a 10-inch deep-dish pie pan or a 9×9-inch baking dish. Make sure it’s well-coated. To prevent sticking.
Mix First Layer: In a medium bowl. Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla pudding mix. Then, add in the softened butter, egg, and milk. Beat the mixture for about 2 minutes. Until smooth. And well combined.
