16 ounces (450 grams) Brussels sprouts, rinsed

3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

1/2 tsp kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste


Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Make sure the oven rack is in the middle position. For even cooking.
