Ingredients
1 pound pork breakfast sausage
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Pinch ground cayenne pepper
1 1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese or shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
1/2 c cream cheese
24 wonton wrappers
Optional garnish: green onions or parsley

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Cook Sausage: In a medium skillet, cook the pork sausage. With ground cumin and cayenne pepper over medium heat. Until the sausage is browned. And cooked through. Breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add Cheese: Stir in the cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Until melted and well combined.
Prepare Wonton Cups: Lightly spray a mini muffin tin. With cooking spray. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups. Forming small cups. Spray the cups lightly. With cooking spray.
