1 c sour cream (don’t use light)


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425℉. Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish. And let it melt in the oven. Once melted, remove the dish from the oven.

In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, 7-Up, and sour cream. The dough will be sticky. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Adding more baking mix if needed. To handle the stickiness. Pat or roll the dough. To about 1 inch thick. Use a round cutter (or any round object). To cut out circles.

Place the cut-out dough circles. Into the melted butter in the baking dish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Or until the biscuits are golden brown. Allow them to soak in the butter before serving.
