1 pound of ground beef

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 (24-ounce) jar of marinara sauce

12 ounces of egg noodles

2 c of sour cream

3 ounces of cream cheese

1/2 of a white onion, chopped

2 c of grated Cheddar cheese


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Cook the pasta. In a large pot of salted boiling water. Until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain. And set it aside.

In a large skillet. Over medium heat. Brown the ground beef. Seasoning it with garlic salt. If necessary, drain the excess fat. Stir in the marinara sauce. And let it simmer. For about 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl. Blend together the sour cream, cream cheese, and chopped onion. Until well mixed.

In a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer half of the cooked noodles. Then add the meat mixture. Followed by the sour cream mixture. And finish with the remaining noodles.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. And bake for 25 minutes. Serve. And enjoy!
