1 whole rotisserie chicken

1/4 c diced red onion

1/4 c diced celery

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

3/4 c mayo

1/4 c sour cream

2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice

Stuffed Avocado:

5 ripe avocados (can use 46 avocados with more or less stuffing)

1 lime – juice only

Instructions
