Alfredo Sauce:

1 cup Cauliflower

3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 1/2 ounces Neufchatel Cream Cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons Butter

1 1/2 tablespoons Flour

3/4 tablespoon Minced Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Monkey Bread:

2 cans (10 ounces each) Refrigerated Biscuit or Pizza Dough

2 cups Cooked & Shredded Chicken Breast

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste


Instructions

Alfredo Sauce Recipe:

Using a blender. Blend together cauliflower, almond milk, Neufchatel cheese, butter, flour, minced garlic and salt until you get a smooth consistency.

Transfer the mixture into a saucepan. Cook it over medium heat. Until it starts to simmer. Once simmering. Remove it from the heat.

Stir in the mozzarella cheese. Until it completely melts. Keep the sauce aside for later use.

Monkey Bread Assembly Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Cut either biscuit or pizza dough into pieces. And shape them into balls.

Start by placing half of the dough balls in the Bundt pan. Layer them with chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley and some Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat these layers with the remaining ingredients.

Put the Bundt pan in the oven. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Or until the dough is fully cooked through. And turns golden brown.

Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before flipping it onto a serving plate. Serve alongside Alfredo sauce for dipping enjoyment.
