Ingredients
Β½ c butter
Β½ c heavy whipping cream
Β½ c brown sugar
Β½ c granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla
2 ΒΌ c powdered sugar
1 β c toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Then add cream, sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Stir and bring to a boil. Until it reaches 235Β°F.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla without stirring. And let cool to 105Β°F for about 30 minutes.
Stir the mixture vigorously until it thickens. Then add powdered sugar. And toasted pecans. Mix until combined.
