1 lb ground chicken

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup light roasted garlic cream cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp Italian herbs

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet. With aluminum foil. And lightly coat. With cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl. Combine the ground chicken, beaten eggs, roasted garlic cream cheese, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated. Shape the mixture. Into about 20 meatballs. And place them. On the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven. For 17 to 18 minutes. Or until the meatballs. Are fully cooked. A thermometer inserted. Into the center of the meatballs. Should register at least 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Notes

To make this recipe gluten-free. Simply swap the regular bread crumbs. For a gluten-free alternative. Like gluten-free panko or crushed gluten-free crackers. Be sure to double-check.
