Ingredients
2 c apples, peeled and diced
ΒΌ c brown sugar, packed
3 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
ΒΎ c granulated sugar
32 oz refrigerator biscuits (2 packages)
For the Sauce:
Β½ c (1 stick) butter, melted
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
Mix apples, ΒΌ c brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
Whisk granulated sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
Layer 1/3 of the apples and 1/3 of the biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan; repeat until all are used.
Mix melted butter, 1 c brown sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour over biscuits and apples.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking at 45 minutes to cover with foil if needed.
