- 3/4 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 4 ounces 1 c of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 ounces 1 c of shredded smoked gouda cheese, divided
- 1 large or 2 small Vidalia onions thinly sliced into rings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F. Lightly coat a 13"x18" rimmed sheet pan. With olive oil.
