This cheesy hissy fit dip is irresistible! Surely everyone will be hooked and clamoring over this delicious dip!
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 lb. ground sausage, browned and drained
1 (16-ounces) container of sour cream
4 ounces Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 (8-ounce) package of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
crackers, garnish
2 tbsp fresh chives, minced, optional
Instructions
Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a non-stick spray, lightly grease a square baking dish or skillet.
Place the sour cream and softened cream cheese in a large bowl and mix well until combined. Add the Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage. Stir until incorporated.
Into the prepared baking dish/skillet, transfer the mixture.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes or until the dip is bubbly, molten, and golden brown.
Take the dish out of the oven when done and serve the dip hot with some chips or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
Notes
How To Make it Gluten-free:
Use gluten-free Worcestershire sauce or a mixture of red vinegar or balsamic vinegar and tamarind paste instead.
Use gluten-free crackers.
